By using SteadyEye, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
SteadyEye is a teleprompter application for iOS developed by Kirill Vasilyev. It allows you to record video while reading scripts displayed on your screen. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
SteadyEye offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, a subscription is required to access premium features including video recording, teleprompter modes, and AI script optimization.
Available plans: Monthly at $6.99 per month, Annual at $49.99 per year, and Lifetime at $99.99 (one-time purchase). Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
The free trial provides full access to all features for 7 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and you will be charged for the selected plan.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
The Lifetime purchase grants access to premium features for the lifetime of the application. "Lifetime" refers to the period during which SteadyEye is actively maintained and available. If the app is discontinued, the lifetime purchase concludes with it. The lifetime purchase is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.
The script optimization feature uses a third-party AI service (Anthropic Claude API) to format your text for teleprompter use. When you use this feature, your script text is sent to Anthropic's servers for processing. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, or private information through this feature. Daily usage limits apply. We are not responsible for the output quality of the AI service.
You are solely responsible for the content you create, record, and distribute using SteadyEye. We do not monitor, review, or claim ownership of any content created with the app.
You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to attempting to reverse-engineer, abuse API rate limits, or use the app for any illegal purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kirill Vasilyev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of SteadyEye, including but not limited to lost recordings, corrupted scripts, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
