By using StackWise ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, installing, or using StackWise, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
StackWise is a supplement tracking application that helps users organize their supplement intake schedule. The app provides timing suggestions based on general nutritional guidelines. StackWise is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
The information provided by StackWise, including supplement timing, interaction warnings, and synergy suggestions, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified health provider before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen.
StackWise offers optional in-app purchases including monthly and annual subscriptions, and a one-time lifetime purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle any payment information directly.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.
All data you enter into StackWise is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to any servers. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
StackWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that supplement timing or interaction information is complete, accurate, or current for your specific health situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StackWise and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes related to supplement intake.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
